We recently checked in code to prevent a user from dragging a window past the top or the left of the desktop.

We wanted to put code in to prevent them from dragging outside the window on the right or the bottom but we could not create code that could determine how large the canvas is if you have it set to 100%.

We may re-visit the issue at a later date.
